Flour (200g)
Salt (½ tsp)
Black pepper(1 tsp ground)
Place in food processor
Milk (500ml)
Add gradually whilst processing until you have a lump-free smooth batter
Eggs (6)
Add and process again
Leave to rest in fridge for at least 60 minutes
Place in appropriate dish or dishes.
Bake at 200°C for 1½ hours.
Notes
If you roast your Yorkshire Pudding the correct way under your meat then you can leave out the Pepper & Salt.
