Tuna And Bean Salad

Tuna (300g canned in Oil)

Drain reserving oil.
Flake Tuna into bowl.

Borlotti beans (300g canned)

Drain and rinse.
Add to bowl.

Red Onion (Large sliced)
Parsley (2 tbp flat leaf chopped)
White wine vinegar (1 tbp)
Black Pepper (1 tsp ground)
Salt (½ tsp)

Add to bowl.

Olive oil (5 tbp)

Use reserved oil and make up total quantity.
Pour over ingredients in bowl.

 

Stir gently.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Notes

Delicious served with hunks of warm bread.
