Cucumber (1 peeled & seeds removed)
Coarsely grate into bowl
Greek Yoghurt (400 ml)
Garlic (2 cloves crushed)
Dill (1 tbp fresh chopped)
Black Pepper (¼ tsp ground)
Salt (¼ tsp)
Olive oil (1 tbp)
Lemon Juice (1 tsp)
Add and stir well.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Notes
You can use Mint instead of the Dill or both.
