Place in bowl

Capers (3 tbp drained and finely chopped)
Gehrkins (3 tbp drained and finely chopped)
Shallot (Small, finely chopped)
Parsley (3 tbp fresh, finely chopped)
Lemon Juice (1 tsp)
Salt (½ tsp)
Pepper (½ tsp)

Add and mix well
