Olive oil (4 tbp)
Put in pan and put on medium heat.
Onions (4 medium chopped)
Add and sauté until soft but not brown.
Chicken (500g skinless breast in 10 mm cubes)
Sumac (2 tsp ground)
Cinnamon (1 tsp ground)
Cardamom (½ tsp ground)
Allspice (½ tsp ground)
Black pepper (½ tsp ground)
Salt (½ tsp)
Add & stir well
Stir while cooking for 5 minutes.
Lime (juice of 1)
Add.
Cover & cook gently for another 10 minutes.
Pine nuts (2 tbp)
Add & stir well
4 small or 2 large wraps
Warm under grill or in Microwave.
Fill with mixture & roll.
If using large wraps then cut in half
Yoghurt
Salad
Serve with the yoghurt and salad.

Can also be served in warmed pitta bread
