Olive Oil (1tbp)

Add to pan on medium heat.

Gammon (100g smoked diced)

Add & sauté until brown.

Onion (1 small finely chopped)

Add & sauté until soft. Remove from heat.

Corn kernals (100g frozen)
Broad Beans (100g frozen)
Double Cream (100ml)
Black pepper (1 tsp ground)
Salt (½ tsp)

Add and return to heat.
Cook until heated through.

Notes

This is a traditional Thanksgiving dish in parts of the USA.
You can use Lima beans instead of the Broad beans.
Other ingredients may be added including tomatoes, green or sweet red peppers & okra
