Oven
Pre-heat to 220°C.
Flour (250g plain)
Cheddar Cheese (150g grated)
Butter (150g softened)
Paprika (1 tsp)
Dry Mustard (½ tsp)
Salt (½ tsp)
Place in food processor.
Process until you get small crumbs.
Form into small balls.
Place on baking sheet & flatten slightly.
Poppy seeds
Sprinkle on top of biscuits.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool, preferably on a wire rack.
Notes
The biscuits may still seem soft after they are baked, but they will harden on cooling. Do not over cook
This recipe will produce about 36 biscuits.
