Okra (250g)

Remove stem and cut into 2 cm pieces. Reserve.

Olive Oil (5 tbp)

Add to pan on medium heat.

Onion (2 medium finely chopped)

Add and sauté until browned. About 1 hour.

Green chilli (2 finely chopped)

Add and sauté for 5 minutes.

Cumin seed (1 tsp ground)
Salt (½ tsp)

Add and stir.
Add reserved Okra.
Reduce to low heat and cook for 30 minutes.
