Huli Huli Sauce

Pineapple juice (120 ml)
Tomato ketchup (60 ml)
Soy Saoce (60 ml Dark)
Sherry Vinegar (1 tbp)
Sugar (60 ml light brown)
Ground Ginger (1 tsp)
Siracha Sauce (½ tsp)

Place all ingredints in pan on medium heat.
Bring to as boil whilst stirring.
Simmer gently until the sause starts to thicken, about 15 minutes.

Notes

Refrigerate until needed.
