Sweet Potatoes (400 g)
Scrub and dry
Cut into 5mm slices.
Place on grill pan.
Butter (melted)
Brush on slices.
Black pepper
Salt
Sprinkle generously.
Grill for 5 minutes and turn.

Grill for another 5 minutes until soft.
Notes
Sweet Potatoes cooked this way are superb with Cajun food and they are quite different than if boiled or roasted.
