Double Cream (150ml)
Place in saucepan
French Mustard (1 tsp)
Anchovy Essence (1 tsp)
Worcestershire Sauce (1 tsp)
Lemon Juice (1 tbp)
Cayenne pepper (¼ tsp)
Black pepper (½ tsp)
Add
Crab meat (400g)
Add and heat gently without boiling until hot.
Breadcrumbs (2 tbp)
Sprinkle on top.
Cheddar Cheese (2 tbp)
Sprinkle on top.
Hot grill
Put under until the cheese is brown and bubbling on top.
