Flour (50g)
Cornflour (50g)
Baking powder(1 tsp)
Turmeric (1 tsp)

Place in bowl and mix well

Sparkling water (150ml)

Add gradually whilst stirring briskly until you have a lump-free smooth batter

 

Leave to rest in fridge for at least 30 minutes

Notes

You can replace half of the water with lager beer. Probably the best thing to do with Lager.
