Notes
I use left over beef from a roast for this recipe.
Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C).
Olive Oil (5 tbp)
Place in oven & hob proof casserole on medium heat.
Onion (1 Large; around 250g chopped finely)
Mushrooms (4 sliced)
Garlic (2 cloves crushed)
Red Chilli Pepper (2 chopped finely)
Add & fry gently for about 15 minutes until soft.
Beef (500g Minced)
Add & continue frying for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
Turn heat to low.
Worcester Sauce (2 tbp)
Mushroom ketchup (1 tbp)
Soy sauce (Light 1 tbp)
Brandy (2 tbp)
Marsala (1 tbp)
Peas (frozen 100g)
Broad Beans (frozen 100g)
Sweet Corn (frozen 100g)
Butter Beans (frozen 100g)
Baked Beans (200g)
Parsley (6 tbp fresh)
Oregano (2 tbp dried)
Black Pepper (2 tsp ground)
Salt (1 tsp)
Add and stir gently until well mixed.
Cook on medium heat until warmed through, around 10 minutes.
Tomatoes (200g in thick slices)
Place on top of casserole evenly spaced.
Mashed potatoes (700g)
Spread evenly over top of casserole.
Cheese (150g strong)
Add evenly over mashed potatoes.
Place casserole in oven for 45 minutes.
