Halloumi cheese (250g)

Slice into 5mm pieces.
Dry on kitchen towel for 5 minutes or more.

Chilli flakes (¼ tsp)
Olive oil (2 tbp)
Lemon juice (1 tbp)

Stir & reserve

 

Place cheese slices in hot dry frying pan.
Saute over medium heat until starting to brown.
Flip slices over and brown other side.
Pour over reserved sauce.
Shake pan and remove from heat.

Notes

Serve with lots of bread.
It can also be added to cooked pasta to make a larger meal.
