Olive Oil (4 tbp)

Place in pan on medium heat.

Onion (1 large, finely chopped)

Add & sauté until soft.

Chickpeas (300g cooked)
Cumin (1 tsp ground)

Add and stir.
Sauté until chickpeas are heated through, about 15 minutes.

Notes

Adds a crunch to dishes.
Ideal with curries and other hot dishes.
